CEO

Dani Giandomenico is the founder and CEO of IXIS. Dani is responsible for the strategic direction of the company, ensuring our client engagements track along established targets and that our business strategy remains nimble and responsive to an ever-evolving market.

Her client experience spans diverse industries such as automotive, luxury retail, technology, CPG, and financial services. With nearly 20 years in data and marketing strategy to her credit, Dani has led campaigns for the world’s leading brands and corporations including: Google, Audi of America, BMW, Kia Motors of America, Chobani, Morgan Stanley, Samsonite, TUMI, Mattel, FTD, Home Depot, Karl Lagerfeld, TOM FORD International, Bulgari, Eileen Fisher, and Cole Haan.

Kurt Peters

Chief Data Officer

Kurt Peters is the Chief Product Officer at IXIS. He obtained his doctorate in cognitive science, with research focusing on process models through which attitudes are formed and changed. As a published academic and consultant, Kurt has demonstrated expertise in several practice areas, including predictive modeling and machine learning, quantitative research, survey research, and statistical analysis.

As the Chief Product Officer at IXIS, Kurt oversees quantitative and qualitative research efforts in support of client objectives, including optimizing digital advertising portfolios, modeling the lifetime value of customers, and integrating online and offline data sources to provide 360-degree data views of the customer.

Mac Cullen

Chief Strategy Officer

Mac Cullen is Chief Strategy Officer at IXIS. Mac has more than 17 years of direct Analytics experience, leading teams of data scientists, analysts, and data engineers in meeting key marketing and operational objectives. Prior to joining IXIS, he served in key leadership roles at Weber Shandwick and Ogilvy, working in close client partnership with GM, Ford, Coca-Cola, Nestle, GSK, Novartis, Bank of America, Amazon, the United States Postal Service, and Healthcare.gov, among others.

Mac has a deep well of experience building and leading teams of data scientists and analysts in the  development of applied marketing solutions, ranging from software development and report automation to media mix modeling, performance analytics, and reputation measurement.

Chief Technology Officer

Justin Greene is the Chief Technology Officer at IXIS. With over 20 years of experience, Justin brings deep expertise in cloud optimization, AI/ML operations, and data management across industries, including social media firms, ad tech, and healthcare. Prior to joining IXIS, he served as CTO at Parrable, where he led product development and compliance initiatives.

A founding technologist of SixDegrees, the first social networking platform, Justin has played pivotal roles in shaping digital innovation. He has a strong track record of scaling organizations and driving innovation to deliver high-impact technological solutions. Justin’s leadership emphasizes cost optimization, infrastructure efficiency, and operational excellence, guiding global engineering teams to success.
